By using thestockerstudio.com or buying, commissioning or booking anything from The Stöcker Studio, you agree to these terms. The site and studio are operated by Wilhelmina Stöcker, Guthrie, Oklahoma; "we", "us" and "our" mean The Stöcker Studio.

1. Using this website

You may browse and share our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including by sending spam through our forms, attempting to break or overload the site, or uploading anything unlawful or harmful.

2. Artwork, colors and descriptions

We photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and original paintings can vary slightly from their photographs. Sizes are approximate and listed in inches.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a piece is listed with a wrong price or sells elsewhere before your order is processed, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund. Print purchases are paid securely through Square; we never see or store your card details. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund.

4. Copyright and use of the artwork

All artwork, photographs and text on this site are © Wilhelmina Stöcker. Buying an original painting or print gives you ownership of that physical piece, not the copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell or use the images, including for AI training or merchandise, without written permission. You may share photos of artwork you own on social media, with credit to Wilhelmina Stöcker.

5. Commissions

• A commission begins when you approve the written quote and pay the deposit described in our Refund Policy.
• By sending photos, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you allow us to use them to create your painting.
• Wilhelmina keeps the copyright to every commissioned painting and may photograph it for her portfolio and social media, unless you ask her not to before work begins.
• Delivery dates in quotes are good-faith estimates. We will tell you promptly about any delay.

6. Painting classes

• Booking requests are confirmed once Wilhelmina replies with the date and payment details.
• Acrylic paint can stain clothing and surfaces; please dress accordingly. Hosts of classes at their location are responsible for protecting their space.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian, or by the adult who booked the class.
• Participants take part at their own risk. Please tell us in advance about any allergies or health concerns related to paints and materials.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping, returns and the handling of your information are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

8. Links to other sites

Our site links to services such as Square, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order, commission or class is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold The Stöcker Studio harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or photos you send us that you did not have the right to use.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Logan County, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
