Shipping Policy

Every piece is packed by hand in our Guthrie, Oklahoma studio and shipped with tracking. US orders over $75 ship free.

Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order depends on what you buy:

Item	Ready to ship in
Paper prints	3–5 business days
Canvas prints	5–7 business days
Original paintings	5–7 business days (varnished, wrapped and boxed for safe travel)
Commission paintings	As agreed in your quote, usually 2–4 weeks after approval

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping within the USA

• Paper prints ship with USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives in 3–7 days.
• Canvas prints, original paintings and commissions ship with UPS or USPS, fully insured, usually arriving in 3–10 days.
• Large originals may need a custom crate; we will contact you before shipping if extra cost applies.

Local pickup

Local customers can pick up their order at the studio in Guthrie, Oklahoma at no charge. Choose pickup or email us, and we will arrange a time.

International shipping

We ship paper prints worldwide by USPS First-Class International, usually arriving in 2–5 weeks. Originals and canvas prints ship internationally by quote; please contact us first. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or VAT charged by their country.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the package and the artwork to contact@thestockerstudio.com within 3 days of delivery. We will file the insurance claim and send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we will trace the package with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, we will reship it once the extra postage is paid.
