The Stöcker Studio collects only the information you choose to send us, uses it to answer you and fill your order, and never sells it. This policy explains what we collect on thestockerstudio.com and what we do with it.

The Stöcker Studio is owned and operated by Wilhelmina Stöcker, 201 W. Oklahoma Ave, Suite 83, Guthrie, OK 73044, USA. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Stöcker Studio.

Information you give us

When you use a form on our site, we receive what you type into it:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Commission request: your name, email, phone number (optional), canvas size, background choice, date needed, your description, and any photos you upload.
• Class booking: your name, email, phone number (optional), the class, number of participants, preferred date and your city or address.
• Mailing list: your name and email address.

Photos you send for a commission are used only to create your painting. We do not publish them or share them without your permission.

Purchases and payments

Print purchases are paid through Square. Your card details go directly to Square and are never seen or stored by us. Square handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, shipping address, email and order details so we can ship your order.

Information collected automatically

Our website uses no cookies and no advertising pixels. We count visits with our own privacy-friendly statistics: for each page view we record the page, the date, the website that sent you, your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and an approximate city and country. Your IP address is used only to look up that approximate location and is never stored, and visitors cannot be recognised from one day to the next.

Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers them.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and send quotes for commissions and classes.
• To process, ship and support your orders.
• To send our newsletter, only if you signed up. Every newsletter lets you unsubscribe.
• To comply with tax and legal obligations, such as keeping order records.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that help us run the studio: Square (payments), Hostinger (website and email hosting), Google (email) and shipping carriers (your name and address, to deliver your order). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other sites, such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Bookings for children's classes are made by a parent or guardian.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to be removed from our mailing list. Email contact@thestockerstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
